Уютный отель , особенно понравился номер люкс который нам предложили , вайфай и интернет хорошо работает , телевизор поддерживает всю наменклатуру что предлагает сеть … холодильник и душ на высоте , в общем рекомендую

Breakfast was good and the hotel was stylish.
We arrived at 4:30 pm. The check in was from 2 pm ND our room was not yet ready. We agreed to wait half an hour. The receptionist only gave us coffee when we asked for it which was only fair to offer something while we were waiting. I used this time to ask about money exchange in town (she didn't know and told me to ask people in town - ok, rude but fair), any nearby market (she just pointed out that this hotel is in a remote area - again, not what you expect from a receptionist but fair I guess), massage (3000 Som) and sauna (200 Som - this is what was odd as I had never had to pay for a sauna in a hotel but we both thought it's an amount tat sounds reasonable). This is when it gets sketchy because when we finally used the sauna and I wanted to pay the receptionist said 2000! Now, mind that I didn't expect her to speak English well but me and my friend both heard 200 Som and the receptionist could have used the translator or said it in Russian. We had never paid so much in our lives for a sauna and when I told her that, she had said 200, she just laughed and said it would be too little. But to me 2000 for a sauna in a hotel was definitely too much. We didn't argue and paid. This was definitely the worst stay that we had in Kyrgztan. I'd say, avoid this hotel or really make sure that the receptionist tells you the price twice before agreeing to anything and that you're accepting substandard hotel for quite a lot of money. We felt ripped and altogether scammed because of this situation.
The room lacked shelves for clothes, there was no fridge even tho there was clearly a place for it, no bedside stand, no bedside lamp for reading and no bathrobes even tho they were meant to be there.
