The staff was so kind and friendly and helpful , very accommodating with quite literally everything . We stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver. The beds were comfy , the tv had Netflix and everything like that it was so lovely !

Fantastic location 5 minutes walk from Paddington. Very clean and well equipped, newly renovated with really helpful friendly staff.
Yes bathrooms tiny but spotless and had everything you could need and more. Some noise but that's expected in a period building in a major city. Would not hesitate to book again.

The location is simply excellent,but the room is too small for 2 people.Was disappointed there are no elevators in the hotel.
