The room is clean, and the staff is friendly. However, the pillow is very flat and uncomfortable. We asked for more pillows, but they said they would not provide any. We booked 1 full-size bed for 2 adults; that pair of pillows looks like for 1 adult. This is the first hotel that refused to provide more pillows during my visit. Otherwise, the location is very good, and the room design can fit 3 big suitcases if you flip the chair upside down on the desk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They held my luggage for 2 nights while to travel to other cities. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I like the design that the show and bathroom are separated. The hotel is in good location to restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. It also has laundry facilities, but I didn't need to use it.
