The room was clean. The bathroom was tired and dated but fit for purpose. Overall good area for what we wanted and good value for overnight stay.

milk and tea provided but take your own coffee and sugar
conveniently next to takeaway/"restaurant" and on main highway near race course
comfortable queen bed tho" only 2 pillows - no spares
effective heat pump so room easily warmed
no frills but economy and could stay there again
on main road but little road noise
