About this cabin rental
Escape to a fabulous 3-bedroom log cabin on the Ohio River near Smithland, KY for a relaxing getaway. Unwind in the cozy living room or get a good night's sleep in one of the comfortable beds - 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 sets of bunk beds to choose from as well as a pull out queen sofa sleeper. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the great outdoors featuring any one of the many different choices. Sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch or swinging on the back porch while observing the fantastic views of the Ohio River. You may watch tv by a fire pit on the upper screened in porch, lounge on one of the patios while observing the local flora and fauna. There is something for everyone and the possibilities nearly endless! Your party may also want to simply fish the river from the back yard or if you prefer boating, a public boat launch is available less than a mile away. Ample room for boat parking is available at the cabin. Visiting the Smithland Dam about 5 miles away is another opportunity with plenty of public fishing choices at this exceptional location. Enjoy all that Smithland, Paducah and Land Between the Lakes have to offer when you stay at our location.

What an awesome place!! The cabin was clean, and came with up to date appliances. Such a beautiful location, that is mostly private. We enjoyed sitting out back, listening to and observing an incredible variety of birds and other wildlife. Seeing the barges come by on the river, was cool too. I definitely recommend this place, if you're going to be in the area.

Our group loved the cabin. The location is so beautiful and peaceful. We sat out on the back screened in deck every night and visited and watched the barges go down the river. In the day time you can watch all the birds (and humming birds) at the feeders. Every detail is great from the land scaping to the very well equipped kitchen. Lee is awesome to work with and responds quickly to messages. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!
