About this house rental
Welcome to your own personal tree house, 100 steps to the beach, with amazing views of the intercoastal, the beach, and a mangrove colony. There is a pool on site and free parking, and you are walking distance to Smugglers Cove putt putt golf, Caddys Beach Restaurant, Ice Cream (Right next door!), Convenience stores, etc. Our professionally designed space is peaceful, as well as the porch, spanning the width of the unit. There are 3 smart TVs in the home as well as Wifi, and a full washer and dryer (Laundy Solution Provided!) The unit is fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, beach towels, a wagon and an Umbrella! We are also family friendly with a pack and play, books, some toys, and a high chair.*** There is not an elevator, so you have to go up stairs to get to the unit.***

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this VRBO property. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and pool, with other attractions a quick walk or short drive away. Parking was very convenient and covered. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and we loved the large smart TVs in every room.A few notes:The property is on the 3rd floor and requires climbing stairs. Not an issue for most mobile people, but worth noting (as mentioned in the listing).The A/C temperature kept resetting to 75F, which felt warm, especially at night. We preferred it cooler.The provided beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, and cart) were rusty and worn. One umbrella fell apart during setup, and the cart was unusable which required us to carry everything to/from beach.We had some bug issues. The hosts were very quick to respond — they offered a prompt partial refund and arranged pest control treatment while we stayed.While clean, the master shower is dated, the tub controls VERY difficult to operate. Some sliding doors (especially the main porch ones) are difficult to operate. A dresser in the master bedroom would also be helpful.Overall, the home suited our needs well and we had a good stay. With some updates to the beach gear and a few maintenance items, it would be even better. Thank you to the responsive hosts!

Property was clean and perfect for our family!! We lived the location and the beautiful views. The beach chairs and toys were greatly appreciated!! Thank you for having us. We will definitely be returning

The pool was great! The room was clean. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dishwasher soap available. It would have been nice to know that there were 32 stair steps to get up to our door.
