About this house rental
Convenient and delightful, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath private townhome/condo has the look and feel of a home. 2-level unit, with upstairs bedroom and one foldaway double bed in living room will accommodate 1-3 people comfortably in 700 sq feet of living space. Beautifully furnished/casual coastal elegance. Easy walk to downtown Bar Harbor restaurants, pubs, shops and attractions on the waterfront. Bike rental, harbor boat cruises, main village green athletics fields, galleries, Bar Island hike, Acadia park bus stops and movie theater all within a block walk. Hike, bike or drive to the Acadia National Park Main Entrance loop road. Fully equipped galley kitchen includes stove/oven/microwave/Keurig and full size refrigerator.
One bedroom upstairs has a canopy queen bed, electric fireplace, plush bed linens, A/C unit, large screen television ( NO CABLE IS PROVIDED). Bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Comfortable living room has a dinette set.
Private outdoor pocket patio with BBQ grill.
Extra bedding in closet for foldaway bed.
Private Internet WiFi network with password. ( Can be spotty)
Dogs welcomed with $50 per dog fee (2 maximum), no other pets allowed.
Off street parking in front of unit for one car less than 20' in length. However city parking is available for a small hourly fee at the athletic fields across the street, plus a city-managed RV parking lot is available on the other side of the athletic fields.
This is a Non Smoking property, If smoking residue is evident in the unit upon departure, a $500 fee will be requested through VRBO.
$175 Cleaning Fee
