With secure access, there is a keypad lock where you can easily access.

This unit is in the perfect location on North High Street , Downtown Columbus, The Shoe and Ohio State campus all right there.

NOTICE: Shared Water System & Hot Water Availability :
Please be advised that our building operates on a shared water system. Due to the structure and layout of the plumbing, hot water is available throughout the building, but it may require 15–30 minutes of running the tap before hot water reaches your unit.
This delay is normal for this building’s plumbing design and does not indicate a malfunction.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Additional fees: We may charge extra for pets, early check-in, late check-out, or additional guests. If any of these apply to your stay, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help process the additional fees.

This location was perfect for our needs. We needed to stay close to North Campus at OSU and this apartment is right on High street across campus. Newly renovated, on the third floor (no elevator), comfortable. I cant give it 5 stars because there is an issue with the hot water. It is not the owner’s fault but in order to have a warm shower we had to let the water run 25-30 minutes because of the old pipes in the building. It felt wasteful and also added time to getting ready. Its a perfect place if they can get that problem sorted out. Good communication with host.

Absolutely the best place to stay when visiting your kids at OSU. Right next to campus. Really nice apartment with kitchen, comfy bed and washer/dryer. I'll definitely stay here again.
