About this house rental
'The Dogbox' was built by Patchwork Architecture in 2012. Sited on a steep centrally located section, the property is surrounded by native planting. It's a quiet, comfortable, sun drenched house that's perfect for families or friends to escape to.
The kitchen is fully equiped to cook during your stay, and the outdoor fire and seating make it a perfect place to relax outdoors. Open plan living downstairs with a fireplace, two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, and a working space with a large 2.7m desk in one of the bedrooms, where you can work remotely. It's a private and secluded setting while only being a 10 minute walk from town.
Please note access is via 50 external steps, and the internal stairs go out onto an outdoor hallway, to get to the bedrooms. We also have a firm no pets or parties policy.

The Dog Box Accommodation is a truly relaxing place to stay. The accommodation is very comfortable, making it easy to switch off and unwind. Set in a beautiful, calm environment, it offers a wonderful sense of peace and privacy. A lovely space to be in — restful, welcoming, and just what you need for a relaxing getaway.
