The spacious primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath, and TV. The first guest bedroom offers two full-size beds and a TV with easy access to the hall bath, while the second guest bedroom includes a queen bed for added comfort.
The bright kitchen, dining, and living area flow seamlessly together and open to panoramic water views, creating the perfect space for gathering and relaxation. Step outside to enjoy your private backyard oasis complete with a pool, dock, and serene waterfront setting.
With space for up to six guests, this home is ideal for families or groups seeking the ultimate Florida getaway.
Important Information:
This home is spacious and ideal for family vacations, but it is not available for weddings or large events beyond its accommodation capacity.
Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.
The home is non-smoking and no pets allowed
A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur.
If you are interested in docking your boat ($100/day) and/or Jet Ski during your stay, please reach out to us to arrange. We have a brand new dock equipped with a boat slip in addition to a separate brand new Jet Ski dock. Additional security deposit will be collected in the amount of $500 if using the dock for a boat.
Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.

House was great, open layout and solid amenities throughout. Neighborhood was surprisingly low key and quiet. Would note that several homes in the neighborhood and area are going through renovations and/or being built, so a decent amount of construction related traffic; barely heard anything. House was perfect size for our family of three (me/wife/5 yr old), and was a short 5 minute drive to public parking on Treasure Island. Pool was clean, and like the house, perfect size for our us and our daughter. Pier/Deck into the causeway was a hit for us to watch dolphins and other fish and wildlife in the early mornings and evenings. Hosts have a wide variety of beach chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella for use, along with about a half dozen fishing poles and various artificial bait/other items to use from the pier. Property had a small propane grill but we didn’t use it. Overall, great location and house for the price. Would highly recommend.

The residence was exceptional and precisely as depicted. It featured tasteful decor, ample natural light, and comfortable furnishings. The location was ideal, situated in a pleasant and tranquil neighborhood, directly on the waterfront where dolphins provided daily entertainment.
