The hosts are very responsive -- loved that. It's a beautiful area -- loved that. The cabin worked for our family. All the basics were covered in the cabin. Unfortunately something they can't really change is that the VERY STEEP driveway just unnerved me. I did end up parking there one night but It's not something I was comfortable doing, so we parked on more level ground down at another cabin.We ran out of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. If it wasn't the middle of the night, yes, we could have gone and gotten some from the other bathroom. I just think if you have folks staying for 5 nights, put more than one extra toilet paper roll in the bathrooms. Not the end of the world. Wouldn't stop me from staying here, just one of those things to consider.Loved the indoor pool. It was actually heated!

Overall, the cabin is very nice. Being a VRBO Host myself in another state, I am probably pickier than most. Pros: Comfortable beds, nice hot tub, nice pool table, close to everything, pet-friendly, attentive hosts. Cons: Parking is on a very steep slant and steep steps to front door (harder for older folks). There is no yard since the cabin is built on the side of a mountain. And because of that, and the trees around the cabin, the views of the mountains are limited. Rugs were rather dirty (got our bare feet dirty) so we put down sheets over them. Very thin toilet paper (bring your own), no Kleenex (bring your own). Front doorknob needs replaced, but owners said they would be doing that before next guests.So, even with the cons, it still is a nice place, and the cons probably won't bother most folks. That's why I gave it a 4 out of 5-star rating. Again, the hosts were very helpful and stayed on top of any request we had.

This place is awesome! Gated community makes you feel safe. The cabin was very clean, and Hot Tub was very clean. The indoor pool was wonderful! Also, have an outdoor pool (seasonal). The Mini Golf was a bonus! Close enough to all the fun stuff to do at Pigeon Forge! Loved the location!! (wasn't such a steep hill to get to!), but high enough on the mountain for a wonderful view! The Hostess was very good to deal with! I highly recommend staying here! You will love it!
