The villa’s rooftop pool looks across sea and jungle, while open-air living spaces flow easily between indoors and out. With daily chef service, secluded beachfront access, and a design ethos rooted in simplicity, Villa la Semilla is an intimate retreat for families and groups seeking peace, beauty, and effortless comfort in Tulum.
• Villa la Semilla is located in Soliman Bay, a peaceful enclave 15 minutes north of Tulum. It’s a quiet setting, best suited to guests seeking rest and connection with nature.
• The villa includes full-time chef service from 8am to 8pm. Ingredients are billed at cost plus a 35% service fee. We recommend budgeting $30–40 USD per person per day for three meals.
• Your personal concierge will greet you on arrival and remain available throughout your stay for transfers, tours, and dining reservations.
• The villa accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably, and a maximum of 14 guests with flexible arrangements.
• All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature private terraces with hammocks.

The experience that my guest and I had were absolutely amazing. Ricardo, felt like a brother to me. Throughout the process and three months prior to our visit, he always responded quick and on time. He was genuine and honestly the biggest difference maker of this visit. Throughout the time, we built a relationship in which he personally greeted us at our front gate. Upon the arrival, the guard house felt very secure, and the entrance to the property was absolutely amazing. My guest were completely in awe. The house was immaculately clean. The chefs had food waiting for us, greeting us with smells in the kitchen. The staff was so helpful and fun, and the food was delicious. I am so grateful for Ricardo again, he went above and beyond. Truly. With his guidance, this trip was unforgettable for not only myself, but all my guest. And this is the reason why I write this review. Adios Ricardo and team! We will be back. And thank you again for all your hard work.
