About this house rental
This bright and sunny townhouse, with breathtaking ocean views is located in the heart of Salisbury Beach and just steps away from some of Salisbury's best restaurants and attractions.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 10AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
The space
Step out your back door directly onto the sands of our private beach-yard.
BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 7 guests in 4 beds and one sleeper sofa. See bed count below:
-Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (sleeps 2)
-Bedroom 2: 1 twin (sleeps 1), 1 twin bunk-bed (sleeps 2)
-Common areas: 1 sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)
BATHROOM: Bathroom stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and towels also included.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans glassware and cutlery set and has a full line of appliances (blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, more)
DINING: The focal point of the living space is the dining table situated in front of a large window overlooking the ocean.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Patio overlooking the ocean with adirondack chairs. The Beach-yard has plenty of outdoor lounging furniture, direct access to salisbury beach, one grill for each unit, beach games, fire-pit.
PARKING: 2 off-street parking spaces are provided (location of parking spaces noted in guestbook).
Guest access
Aside from a locked closet for owner storage, the entire rental is available for your enjoyment.
Other things to note
Starter Supplies:
We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.
