This has to be my best experience yet with apartment bookings in Kenya. Carol, my host was incredibly attentive and such a good communicator. She was there for me responding quickly every step of the way. Once I got there, it was extremely easy to do self check-in after transfering fee via mpesa. I was then so pleasantly surprised that the apartment looks even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Super clean and tidy (also bigger than in the photos), with windows in every room. Beautifully decorated, and super comfortable sofa, dining chairs and bed. Lots of essential were also provided. Zero deposits needed and self check out was just as easy as check in. Will 100% be contacting Carol again for my next Nairobi trip. Oh and amazing location in Lavington with two shopping malls a few meters away.
Can't think of anything. Truly a wonderful stay.

I had a pleasant stay at INka Living in Neptune Residency, Lavington. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool and gym were a nice bonus and were well maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The host was responsive and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was a good experience. A few small improvements in attention to detail and maintenance would make it even better, but I’d be happy to stay here again.
There nothing at all I didn’t like it . I had amazing experience there.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo . Posizione buona . Soprattutto grande disponibilità e gentilezza dell host Carol che è stata molto presente e proattiva nel chiederci se andava tutto bene e nel tenerci aggiornati su quando passavano le donne delle pulizie .
Ci sono stati problemi un paio di giorni cin la corrente elettrica ( problema non della struttura ma del quartiere )
