The cleanliness of the apartment, the helpfulness of the host, our needs were responded to always.
And the beds were extremely comfortable.
Osmosis water was a big plus and the washing machine + drier combination was excellent because we had kids.
Best showers we've ever had in Kenya so far.
The apartment was well stocked with enough utensils and we had some welcome tee and coffee available. Amazing!
I would have loved to have more blankets and pillows because it would get cold at night and they would have made the couch cosier.

It was very clean, in whole apartment was very modern looking and extremely spacious, a great place to just chill or you can venture out to some great places for food, the pictures of the apartment are exactly what you get
We did have a few issues but they were dealt with very well, communication was fantastic and even after leaving we were still well informed, thank you for the constant updates

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly organizing the cleaner and providing all the necessary details we needed. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and featured massive, beautiful windows that offered nice views. Even when I accidentally broke some glasses, the host was completely understanding and gracious about it.
There was honestly nothing to dislike about this property. The entire experience was smooth, and the stay completely met our expectations.
