Firstly the location is great if you wanna be central to Patong, 10 min walk to walking street and the beach and it’s actually not noisy like you’d expect it to be being that close. We slept really well during 3 nights here.
Air con was fantastic and shower was perfect pressure and ambience in the room was great.
First room we got into, we asked to change due to the bed being a little hard, the manager was sooo lovely and changed our room and the new bed was 10/10!!! He said that was the only room with a hard bed (there must be at least 15 rooms) and he also mentioned they would change the mattress in that room (though some people like a harder bed!)
Overall would highly recommend for a good price and reasonable stay in Phuket and would stay again. 👌🏼

Friendly and supportive staff. Location is fairly good if you want to be close to Patong main areas. Bedroom is okay size and seems pretty clean on arrival. The bed is also comfortable. Security safe and fridge provided.
There is no lift and lots of tall stairs. We had to carry 3 large and 2 smaller suitcases up and down on our own all the way to the 2nd floor which was very difficult. The shower water does not go down quickly enough, which means the entire shower and toilet floor is flooded with water like a swimming pool, this is disgusting and unhygienic. The lock for our room door was in terrible state, which means it took us almost 2-3 minutes to lock the door every time we entered and left. Even the staff had difficulties with our door lock. The WIFI is terrible, it works for 15 minutes and then cuts out/drops, don't rely on it for work. It's also fairly noisy at night, there is gaps in the balcony door so noise leaks into the room.
