Bathroom extractor broken, needed microwave in kitchen

The location of the property was good and in a quiet area of Paignton. Town Centre shops were about 5 minutes walk and the pier 10 minutes walk. There was a security box on the front door with a combination number to attain the keys for the front and inner doors. Everything in the studio you could ask for during your stay. Good value for money as you get a whole apartment as opposed to a small guesthouse room.

The affordability,and the layout
Location meant that due to mobility issues, we had taxis home from town.

The location was good and it served its purpose as an affordable place to stay for a few days.
Very strong smell of dog. No wifi. Shower fluctuated too much between hot and cold. Floor was dirty. Dishes weren’t properly cleaned. And when we arrived, there was no key for us so we had to wait for the landlord in the rain for about 30 mins.
