Heel fijn huisje in een rustige omgeving vlakbij het centrum van Chiang Rai. Helaas konden we maar 1 nacht blijven, omdat het water in de stad werd afgesloten. Dat wisten we pas laat. We hadden hier graag langer willen blijven. Gelukkig kregen we een mooi alternatief aangeboden buiten de stad.
Het alternatief buiten de stad bleek vele malen goedkoper te zijn. We hebben echter de volledige prijs van het appartement in de stad betaald. Ik denk dat het appartement verhoudingsgewijs erg duur is.

Great location, on a local street. Quiet and safe feeling. immaculately clean and plenty of space. Comfortable main bedroom and sofa area with big tv . Great air conditioning.

It is spacious and nicely decorated house, we enjoyed our stay! It is newly re-decorated, so seems fresh, clean and welcoming. A few bottles of drinking water were provided which is a nice gesture. Communication was really good, host is very responsive and friendly.
The soundproofing is not the best, you can hear sounds from the street and from other rooms, but the neighborhood is rather quiet, so this was not a big problem for us.
