We stayed here to visit family in the area, the property had been very well presented and comfortable, lovely bathroom and exactly like the photos shown on booking.com. The instructions had been clear to access the property on arrival with videos too! As someone that follows visual instructions over written this was helpful! My son absolutely adores boats and had been able to see the boats docked as well as watch some of the boats pass during the day and night. We had easy access to the nearby Asda for any items we needed to purchase and it is to close by amenities and around a 10-15 minute walk from the strand, an enjoyable place for children. We had access to a television and everything had been available for us in the kitchen to use including children’s plastic plates which we had forgotten to bring! Door lock had been high on the door which was ideal for us as our son is an escape artist and this reassured me a lot.
It did get quite warm at night but not their fault just very hot weather at the time, bring a fan!

It was a good location and quiet with a good view over the water
The very squeaky bed. It wasn’t very clean, the sofa was stained and oven greasy and there was only a used scourer sponge to wash up with. It was disappointing that there were no oven trays, pint or large glasses. Also it was more of a studio than a one bed. We wouldn’t have booked it if we knew as the bedroom was only separated by a screen rather than a wall from the main area and there was only one coffee pod left for two people!

Modern apartment, clean , secure building
Hot water system not continually hot , ran out quite a few times leading to cold showers ,shower head not secure didn’t stay up , bed mattress uncomfortable and sofa bed a little hard to figure out.
