Every staff member I interacted with was delightful. Very empathetic towards some situations we had and were always willing to make it right.
Not at all the fault of Hili but there was some construction going on during out visit that disrupted our sleep a bit.
We found a couple ants in the room too.

Struttura nuovissima, pulita ,accogliente,climatizzatore potente,cucina completa di tutto il necessario,arredata con eleganza come un hotel a 4 stelle,studiata nei dettagli per non far mancare nulla , ingresso privato nel condominio.e stato un piacere alloggiare.ritorneremo sicuramente

la cortina que separa el alojamiento de la calle debería ser opaca. es translúcida y entra la luz desde buen temprano

the interior is very modern and clean and the AC worked well, entering and checking in was very easy
the balcony was not cleaned at all and the entrance was also dirty.
room service/cleaning is an extra charge but there are not many tools to clean the flat ourselves (no wiper or cleaning towels etc) and we also couldn’t get new towels unless we paid extra. for a big flat like this, room service should be part of the fee otherwise we need to buy tools to take card of the space and it doesn’t make sense to stay there.
we also didn’t have an iron to iron our clothes and wished there were a washing machine since the living room is hugs and could definitely fit.
