Check in was easy and straight forward. Key were handed over. Apartments are clean, all equipment is very good condition. Big land area in front for parking and playing with kids. Pictures on Booking.com are correct.
Location is not correct on Booking map. The apartment is ~1.5 km away from city center (25 min walk by foot). We had car, so no issues from our side. After check-in, there were no any pot to cook. We requested and owner delivered shortly.

Our stay in the Sunrise Cottage was wonderful! The bed was super comfy and the whole cottage was cozy, especially because of the fireplace that we used everyday. We came in October and even though it was already quite cold in Mestia, heating the cottage was no problem. From the patio you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The owner Mariam was super nice and helpful and easy to communicate with.
