Fantastic central location, a short walk from Waitrose and the edge of town with 2 cinemas and some lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. Parking on site was a real bonus.
All the rooms were very tastefully decorated, large comfy and spacious living area, good size bedrooms with double beds each plus a hanging rail for clothes. Towels were provided and the bathroom/ toilet and shower/toilet rooms were good size.
Instructions for entry were easily understood and easy to follow through to gain access.
Kitchen was well equipped with oven and hob, cutlery, crockery and all things needed to make this home for the weekend including kettle toaster and coffee pod machine. Fridge, Freezer was very bug. It was a really nice touch to have a bottle of fresh milk and orange juice available plus a nice lemon cake, plus the Welcome Guide had lots of great recommendations for things to do and see plus bars, restaurant recommendations too.
Emma was helpful and responsive on the fee queries that I had. I can't recommend this place enough, thanks so much!
I'm having to be ultra picky here, but there was a large cobweb in the TV room and a few rolls of dust under the sofa, but I honestly feel that I'm having to be very unfair!!

Everything was clean and in good working order. The furniture was attractive and comfortable. An instruction booklet wasnprivided for absolutely everything. When we had an issue the staff were on it immediately.
The only thing that surprised us was the lack of microwave, but there was an oven and airfryer, so even that wasn't a major blow. There was a leak from the apartment above but that was dealt with immediately by the staff.

Excellent location. Beautiful apartment with lots of lovely touches. The most comfortable bed, with pillows like fluffy clouds! Really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend! We will definitely use again.
We found it hard to find, a taxi got lost taking us back one night and a takeaway needed directions.
