Perfect location and room is big.
The room description states there is a three-floor walk-up, but these stairs are not for the faint of heart. The steps are only half the length of a foot, and the handrails are loosely mounted. To reach the room, you have to use three different keys to unlock three doors along the way, all while managing your luggage on dangerous stairs. Only one set of keys is provided in the lockbox. This means couples must always enter and leave together, which caused us a lot of frustration.Another major issue is the lack of luggage storage for early arrivals. It is 2026, and hospitality should be past these basic limitations. Finally, while manageable, the water pressure is incredibly low—expect a shower to take at least 30 minutes. This should have been disclosed in the description.
