La casa è dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima, sotto casa c'è sia la fermata del tram sia del pullman. Quartiere tranquillo. Palazzo silenzioso. Alessandro, l'host è sempre disponibile e rapido nel rispondere a dubbi e richieste.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment liegt direkt an der Haltestelle der Tramlinie 8, sodass man die Innenstadt in etwa 20–25 Minuten bequem erreichen kann. Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Rom. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich, reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten und macht die gesamte Kommunikation unkompliziert und angenehm. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die persönliche Einrichtung. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, in einer anonymen Ferienwohnung zu übernachten, sondern eher bei Freunden oder Bekannten zu Gast zu sein. Gerade dieser Charme und die authentische Atmosphäre machen die Unterkunft zu etwas Besonderem.
Das Bett ist sehr schmal für zwei Personen (die Größe des Bettes ist aber auch in der Beschreibung aufgeführt). Wir haben daher lieber auf dem Schlafsofa geschlafen. Bei einem Aufenthalt von ein paar Nächten kein Problem.
