Communication good, room quiet with netflix, decent facilities for the budget.
Expensive parking we parked on street nearby instead

Breakfast was not part of the deal, and I didn't use the kitchen at all. As a lone traveller using only public transport, it was in an excellent and very quiet location just 10 minutes walk from both the train and bus stations. I would certainly use it again. Also it had a large television on the wall.
No complaints. Everything was fine

Room with bathroom
Management messed up my booking from beginning of check in till check out. Stayed 5 nights, no cleaning, no change of bedsheet, no new toilet. Day before check out random lady told me check out then showed my invoice to make them believe my stay. The same story with management, changed front entrance code day before my checkout. Absolute mess.
