Had a great stay with Emma and her 2 lovely cats. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Responded promptly to questions. Kindly allowed us to check in early as we were attending a festival and not around for check in times. The parking permit was the selling point though, very hard to find accommodation with parking included for free.
Only complaint I can think of is the choice of blinds. They clattered in the breeze from the open window overnight, which I found a little annoying, but I am a very light sleeper and struggle to sleep generally. But this is just nitpicking, overall had a great stay.

The room was perfect for my needs and very tidy! And I was grateful I could leave my dogs in the room while I went to a concert.
It was a very hot day and even though it was really warm in the room, I was glad I had shelter for my dogs and in the end we had a good night's sleep.
And Emma was super friendly and helpful with any question I had!
Nothing! I know where to go the next time! :-)

I really liked how clean, tidy, and well-organised the property was. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts were very kind, friendly, and supportive, and they explained everything clearly. I truly appreciated their hospitality and the effort they put into making guests feel welcome.
There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was well managed and met my expectations.

Room was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. Beds, towels etc were laid out and ready for our arrival.
We were allowed to check ourselves in early and we were permitted to leave our car there after checking out while we further explored London using the nearby( 12 mins walk ) tube station.
We were only made aware that the property had cats a couple of days before arrival, although we do not suffer with allergies this sort of information should surely be made clear in the booking listing. Sadly our visit was marred by the smell of the cats. The cat litter basket is situated in the shared bathroom so litter was present on the floor and when we arose in the morning sadly there was also cat faeces in the centre of the floor that had to be navigated in order to use the bathroom facilities.
