Great staff, with exceptionally friendly and helpful managers. The hostel is clean and well-maintained. Comfy bed. Nice hot showers. Good common areas, lots of good eating options nearby, and the GEM is just up the road. And absolutely amazing location with stunning views of the pyramids.
