Definitely met our expectations, with very cozy accommodations! It’s close to town, shops, and Anna Maria Island, making it easy to explore the area. The host was very attentive and responsive to our needs and offered assistance whenever needed. Without a doubt, we would definitely book this accommodation again.
Have the A/C cool the room an hour prior to arrival during peak summer season with temperature above 90.
Provide a closet Safe for valuables and the studio door should have a chain for security at night.

The location of the property is excellent and serves as an ideal base for visiting Anna Maria Island. The private parking and the provided beach gear were also a great plus.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance fell far short of the expectations for a "Luxe Studio." We found mold in the bathroom grout and inside the air conditioning unit, along with cobwebs on the ceiling beams and heavy dust under the bed. The window next to the bed was extremely dirty. There were also technical issues, such as a bubbling sound in the shower drain whenever the toilet was flushed. Additionally, the amenities were insufficient: for a seven-day stay, only two large bath towels were provided. Despite the friendly communication with the host, the property urgently needs professional deep cleaning and maintenance.
