Spotlessly clean with lots of lovely touches.
The bed was very comfortable.
Really handy location for the Brudenell too.
Excellent communication from the host, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Very clean and tidy, comfy bed
Neighbourhood was a bit rough, and had one hand and one bath towel for two people, also think there should be a blind put up at the bathroom window

Provided everything required and advertised - easy access and well-equipped kitchenette. Great that games, umbrella, Nespresso machine etc. are available.
As it’s on a main road, quite noisy when windows are open and there is a very busy cafe downstairs which meant rubbish being left late at night by door.

The location was good as we were attending an event at West Bank, which was only a 4 minute walk away. The kitchen facilities were very good. There was a hairdryer plus iron and ironing board which were useful, as was the fan. The room was very clean. Owners were very communicative, so I had high hopes for my stay, especially as other reviews were great.
Had I seen the outside pictures (which were only sent the day before arrival after we paid) I would not have booked this room. Located above a takeaway restaurant with lots of delivery drivers congregating under the window, also on a very busy road, bad traffic noise.Access to the room was via a very steep dirty carpeted staircase. The sink in the bathroom was small and the mirror over the sink too high to be useful. This is branded as a luxury studio and we paid £141 for one night, it was not worth the money. Breakfast consisted of packets of porridge but there was no milk provided. It is located a very long walk from Burley Park Station, would advise just getting a taxi from Leeds Station. I don’t like leaving bad feedback, but feel this did reflect our stay accurately.
