We stayed for two nights at Waleed and Marita’s place. We talked with Marita mostly, who was absolutely welcoming and very generous with her time and attention. Welcomed by fruits, dates of the farm and tahini! We felt very lucky to have a taste of Oman’s farm life and its surroundings. The room is calm, clean, well equipped with a private court which is absolutely gorgeous (as portrayed by the photos and more). There is a common washing machine too which is very helpful. And a lovely kittie living here.
We also did a tour they offer with Marita. Wonderful!

"Date palms surround this beautiful, small villa and feature all basic amenities. The hosts, Mr. Waleed and Ms. Marita, are both excellent."
The WiFi wasn't working properly, especially at night.
