The unit stays cool via a window ac unit. It is quite noisy and works hard to keep the apartment cool

How close we were to the beach and for the price we paid.
That you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you.

Location was excellent, apartment was very cute and clean. Only downfall was the couch that turns into another bed was very uncomfortable.
Make sure you get the code for the door in advance. Booking.com was blaming the owner and owner said booking.com should have sent it. Took several calls and finally got in the room over an hour past check in time.
