The location was good, not too far away from other places like shopping, eating, and entertainmant. The house was beautiful and spacious enough to accomodate all of us. The pool, lanai and hot tub were great. The kitchen was fantastic! There were 12 of of staying in the house and we had enough room around the huge kitchen island that no one was bumping into each other, with plenty of seating to eat. The game room was great with a huge television on the wall.
The ice maker did not work on the refrigerator, we had to buy ice and the wifi went out on the living room television on our last night. The air was not working downstairs for most of the week that we were there. We arrived on a Monday and we thought with the size of the house and us just arriving and going in and out unloading, this could be the reason it wasn't cool. By nightfall the house was muggy upstairs and HOT downstairs. Although the game, room that had a separate unit, was the best spot in the house. I called the host and the property managers our second day there, which was a Tuesday. I could not get them to understand that the downstairs unit was not working and the upstairs was not working hardly at all. I was told a tech was coming out, no one showed. We did figure out the vents upstairs were partially closed, so we opened them up and the upstairs was then cool, but downstairs was still hot. I sent the host a message on Wednesday with details explaining the uncomfortable conditions we were enduring and someone finally showed Thursday, the day before our final day. The techs ackowledged that something was indeed wrong and not working. This did not change the fact though, that we had spent most of our time there in unnecessary heat.
