Amazing place! Very unique 18th century design with original very well preserved furnishings yet includes all modern house appliances. 3 balconies with view to the piazza and attached to the ancient theatre. Every detail was taken care. Location is perfect, in the heart of Catania several Restaurants and coffee shops downstairs. The host is amazing, available anytime, provided valuable information about attractions, restaurants, etc. that we couldn’t get anywhere else. Thank you Giulia!
That we book it only for 1 night 😀

EVERYTHING about our experience with Guilia and Giovanni who host this property was exceptional. It has been in the family for generations and is most loved. Beautiful furniture and fittings. Cute kitchenette area and toiletries in the bathroom.
Drop dead views of the surrounding piazza, cafes, restaurants and wall to the wall with the Teatro. We could have sat on the Juliet balcony all day and night. We had a stressful day getting to the property and Guilia sensed that and when we were talking about where to go for dinner she ordered what we wanted from the restaurant below and we eat it on the large wooden carved dining table complete with cutlery and wine. What a wonderful ending to that day.
Nothing.

We had an exceptional stay. From the Moment we arrived, thanks to the very warm welcome ext d ed by Giulia and her lovely family, we felt a connection to this great city. Location was perfect; and the property was outstanding. We were very well looked after, and had an amazing experience at Santuzza Mia.
