Location and view was excellent, unfortunately working on the roof during the day but maintenance has to be done at some stage.

Great location, and views over the harbour.
Poor communication from the owner - no details provided for accessing apartment, the owner was uncontactable, we had to wait an hour and got in only after multiple ph calls and texts. The owner agreed to provide a partial refund for the inconvenience but never did. Very disappointing, especially given what we paid for the apartment.
