Amazing location and fantastic staff

The staff are very friendly and made our stay so memorable - we went on the morning sunrise walk up Mount Rinjani as well as the afternoon rice field/ local village/ sunset tour. Both tours were amazing thanks to the staff! The location is also fantastic, right next to the two most beautiful waterfalls on Lombok island :)

Location next to waterfall entrance. View from room balcony. Staff very helpful and friendly. Specialy Ari and Nas.

Maybe some relaxing bean bags upstairs and a good coffee machine would be a good vibe.

Left early in spite of paying for a second night

The rooms were clean. The air conditioner worked well. There was a nice view from the lounge area and the room. Very inexpensive. If you're there for the waterfalls, the gate is literally right behind the hotel which is why we chose it.

First of all, we had arranged for a pickup at the harbor and nobody was there waiting for us. We finally hired a cab. We had hot water in the shower for approximately 2 minutes, then just cold. The sink had only cold water. They provided no drinking water (does usually at least one bottle of water in a hotel room). There was no soap (or shampoo). What was supposed to be soap in a pump bottle was what I believe to be gel hand sanitizer. We had to go down the street to buy soap. We had to ask for toilet paper because there was none in the room when we checked in. My free breakfast was an overcooked dry omelette with dry toast. They had no milk for the coffee. We had paid for two nights but left after the first one. We chose the hotel for its high rating but I don't understand how it got that.

Heel mooi uitzicht over de Rinjani vulkaan en de jungle en heel vriendelijk personeel! We hebben ‘s avonds ook nog even langs de weg tegenover de cottages met rijstwijn, kampvuur en muziek gezellig met hun gestaan.

Wc bril zat los en douche is oud maar verder wel schoon.

Il y avait un peu trop de lumière du jour dans la chambre le matin, même avec les rideaux.
