Tucked away in the backyard of a beautiful Lakeview home, this spacious carriage house is designed with your comfort in mind. You’ll have everything you need — a fully stocked kitchen and bar, a cozy living room with a Smart TV and electric fireplace, and a charming porch perfect for unwinding.

Free WiFi
Central A/C & heating
Linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries
Fully equipped kitchen and bar area
Ceiling fans, hair dryers, hangers, iron & board
Smart TV and electric fireplace
King size bed with luxury linens
Pullout sleeper sofa great for kids
Free street parking (**Please note, there is usually plenty of spots available directly in front of the home, but the neighborhood will be repaving a few streets from July - December 25' and this is one of them. All street parking is free and plentiful in the neighborhood so it should not be a major problem but wanted to make guests aware**)

(**Please note, there is usually plenty of spots available directly in front of the home, but the neighborhood will be repaving a few streets from July - December 25' and this is one of them. There may be instances where you will have to park about 1/2 block down along a side street. All street parking is free and plentiful in the neighborhood so it should not be a major problem but wanted to make guests aware**)

The guests have the entire carriage house to themselves. There is a shared backyard area with a pool that the guests do not have access to.

The guesthouse was as described in the listing and in a great location. The neighborhood was super quiet at night. The check in process was smooth with excellent and effective communication with the management team. The unit was clean and we were very comfortable.

Clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The kitchen was adequately stocked, but since we did a lot of cooking, a few additional items—like a 9x13 baking dish, a sheet pan, some Tupperware for leftovers, and extra dish towels—would have been helpful.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again!
