We had a great stay! The condo was clean and had a great view! The pool and hottub were great! All very clean and close to the ocean. Would totally stay again.

Highly recommend this property!Communication with the host was simple, and they were responsive. Check-in was easy. The pictures are accurate. This property was just right for my family of five.The location felt centrally located, and it was a short walk to the beach. Having the pool area was nice as well.The property was clean and was equipped with with what we needed for a four-night stay.

Location is the highlight of this property. Walkable to many restaurants, ice cream shops etc. Just up the road from John's Pass and a Publix. Our favorite aspect was the amazing beach service directly on the beach to rent cabanas, umbrellas, and loungers they set up for you. The service is not affiliated with the property. It made our beach time much more enjoyable as the unit itself only has 2 beach chairs and a skim board.Access code, last 4 digits of phone #, did not work at check in. I contacted the text service as they were not reachable by phone. They sent us a another code to try which worked but it was difficult for everyone in our party to remember. Upon entering, there were dead bugs all over the floors and patio and quite a bit of dirt in the entry area and kitchen. We contacted the text service and fortunately someone was on site who promptly came and vacuumed everything up. Everything else was clean although there was a dirty used toothpick on the bedside lampstand in the secondary bedroom.Our biggest complaint would be that the beds were TERRIBLY cheap and uncomfortable VERY springy mattresses and the master bed is literally a foldable spring stand with a mattress on top. The bed linens and pillows were the cheapest I've encountered in a rental and we travel a lot. We did not sleep well at all. Furniture is dated and surface damaged. The unit is not part of the building so the office there cannot help with anything. Would not stay here again.
