About this house rental
Large, eat-in kitchen is perfect for big gatherings after a great day at the beach. Just steps to the beach and the Dairy Queen, this updated Lewes house offers off-street parking and great "people watching" from the front, screened porch and yard.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

The house was very nice inside. The kitchen was great and was well stocked with dishware, pots, and pans. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good size and the mattresses were comfortable. The only negative was the screened porch needed some TLC as well as the landscape out front. We had our dog on this trip and the neighborhood was great to walk him. The house was only a short walk to the beach and some restaurants. We would definitely rent this home again.

The property was more spacious than I thought it would be. The proximity to the beach was excellent! The kitchen was well stocked and very big. The only negatives were the sectional- it was not comfortable to sit on and the paint colors upstairs need to be toned down. Otherwise, we liked the property a lot.

Very happy with our stay. The house was old but clean. The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils you need for real cooking (all looking very new). The front porch was nice but we could not use it due to construction noise across the street (there were several trucks running their motor all day long all week). The house is on a street with a lot of traffic but we were not bothered by the noise even in the street side bedroom. Location is great, few steps from the beach and few minutes walk from downtown Lewes. The property management was very responsive when we reported a broken can opener and they replaced it the same day. The only negative was that the second floor smelled dusty and we had allergy symptoms as soon as we went upstairs, likely due to carpet not properly vacuumed. Since we were only 3, we did not use the upstairs bedrooms but would not be willing to sleep there.
