The kiddos will love the Twin over Full Bunk Bed in the Guest Bedroom with another Smart TV. Need extra sleeping? There is even a Queen pull out sofa sleeper in the spacious Living Area with a large Smart TV, 2 cozy recliners, and Balcony access. The guest bath is just off the hall and provides a shower/tub combo. This fully stocked kitchen will come in handy when feeding the crew after a busy beach day. Serve it up at the dinner table or take it out to the Balcony with the large table set and soak in just a little more salty air! Also perfect for morning coffee while the kids sleep in! Excited to start your vacation? Head outside and jump in the refreshing swimming pool and have a pool side picnic with plenty of seating and loungers for tanning. Ready to hit the beach? The community has a private boardwalk with access to the waters edge just on the edge of the property, only steps away. Parking is FREE and provided for 2 vehicles in the assigned spot under the complex. Other things to do that are withing walking distance here are Adventure Island with arcades, go carts, mini golf, and more, Souvenir City to grab your vacation keepsakes, and several restaurants to please every pallet. This perfect vacation home will NOT disappoint!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) We prefer full-month reservations mainly during January and February. To get your accurate quote, please set your dates to reflect the Check-In date as the First of the month and Check-out date the First of the following month. If you need monthly rates for November and/ or December, please inquire. Monthly restrictions on January and February will be removed by November 30th if homes are not reserved.
