We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count on Airbnb. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.
Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed by Airbnb.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.
OTHER HOUSE RULES:
No more than 4 guests are allowed in the home at any time
No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay
All guests are required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID and complete our secure identity-verification process through Enso Connect before check-in. This requirement supports the safety, security, and compliance of our property. Guests who do not complete the verification process will not receive check-in instructions, and we reserve the right to cancel their reservation in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.
Minimum age requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the stay. Age verification may be required. This requirement applies consistently to all reservations.

Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round

Our stay was just satisfactory.Parking was easy to find. It is 10 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and it was very easy to get to the graduation at Penn. Uber to the site was 17.. It is one flight of stairs up. There is a large bathroom with a nice hot shower and excellent air-conditioning. However, the mattress was very soft and both of us rolled to the middle. (And we’re not big people.) There was no table to sit at comfortably. Just a very high counter. Kitchen has zero condiments – no sugar, salt, pepper, or coffee. So you will have to bring your own. The street is noisy and there are bright sconce lights outside each window that you can’t turn off. So bring earplugs and eye mask if you are a light sleeper.
