Five beds across the rooms mean no one is cramped, and the soft linens, towels, and essentials provided mean you arrive and simply settle in. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the atmosphere cool throughout, no matter the hour.



Outdoor living

Outside is where this villa earns its place. A family pool dominates the terrace, ringed by sunbeds for long, unhurried afternoons in the sun. A separate kids' pool gives younger guests their own space to splash freely. Two fire pits come alive after dark, drawing people together for easy evenings under the open sky. Three outdoor showers stand ready after every beach visit - quick, refreshing, effortless.



The private beach spans 167 meters of Caribbean shoreline, less than 5 minutes away on foot without ever leaving the complex. A private dock accommodates vessels up to 60 feet, making water-based arrivals and departures entirely straightforward.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from light breakfasts to full evening meals. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and cooking basics are all on hand. Dishes, wine glasses, and a dining table complete the setup. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils open up the option for outdoor cooking. Dine inside or pull a chair out to the patio - either way, the setting does a good deal of the work.

Within Calablanca Residences, the shared amenities extend the experience well beyond the villa itself. A spa features separate men's and women's areas, jacuzzis, a steam room, sauna, and massage cabins. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - simply make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages are available at an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio and pilates equipment. The game room offers pool, foosball, and ping-pong tables alongside a Smart TV.
