This three-bedroom home is built for that kind of ease: unhurried mornings with coffee, long evenings on the patio, and everything you need to feel genuinely at home in the Coachella Valley.

Living space

The open-plan living area brings the group together without crowding anyone. A comfortable sectional, area rug, and 75` smart TV set the tone for relaxed nights in - movie marathons, game recaps, or just good conversation. Natural light moves through the space all day, keeping things bright and airy even as the desert cools down outside.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a Cal King bed, a 65` LED Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a ceiling shower. The second bedroom also has a Cal King bed and a 65` LED Smart TV. The third bedroom offers a Queen bed and a 55` LED Smart TV, and works equally well as a guest room or a home office. The living room sectional provides additional lounging space for the group.



Kitchen and dining

Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a full suite of cooking essentials mean you can prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a proper dinner. Dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and baking sheet are all on hand. The dining table seats 6 - a natural spot to gather before heading out or wind down after a day in the valley.



Outdoor space

The private patio is where the home really opens up. Outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a BBQ grill make it easy to eat outside, and the backyard adds room to breathe. Guests have access to a pool and hot tub within the community - during winter months the pool is kept around 84°F and the hot tub at 101°F.



Amenities and features

The home is well-equipped for stays of any length. Wifi and Ethernet, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and an indoor fireplace handle year-round comfort. A washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, clothing storage, iron, and extra pillows and blankets support longer visits. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. A Pack `n play/Travel crib is available for families traveling with little ones. For peace of mind, the home has a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras at the front door and back patio.



Parking and access

Arrival is straightforward - self check-in via keypad means no coordination required. Garage and driveway parking are included, with additional guest parking nearby. The home has a private entrance and the keypad code is unique to your reservation.



Location

Situated within Bermuda Dunes Country Club, the home puts you close to golf courses, dining, and shopping along Highway 111. The Empire Polo Grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach - are a short drive away, as are La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and Old Town La Quinta. Palm Springs and the wider Coachella Valley are easily within reach.

Good to know

No pets are allowed. Long-term stays are welcome. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM - early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge if the schedule allows. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. The home operates under HOA noise guidelines - bring a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy music outdoors. Note that packages should not be shipped directly to the home, as mailbox keys are not available and multiple vendors and staff members have access to the property.

PETS: We understand that service and emotional support animals must be allowed by law and that we cannot ask for notice. If you have one, an advance notice would be appreciated. We would like to know if the service animal is required because of a disability and what task has it been trained to perform? We ask that the service animal stay off the beds and furniture. If excessive pet hair or dander needs to be cleaned as a result of your service animal, an additional cleaning fee will be added by owner’s discretion.
