Enjoy a private deck/balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. There is no A/C; fans and heaters are provided. HOA amenities include a heated pool, 2 additional pools, hot tubs, fitness center, game room, putting green, BBQ areas, clubhouse, elevator, gated entry, one assigned parking space, and koi ponds. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided, with easy access to the beach. A shared laundry is on-site. No smoking; quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. Decibel monitors are in place to ensure a peaceful stay.

Easy walk to the beach. Pool area is very nice with a tropical feel to it.

Check in was easy, and I love that we had two parking spots. We loved our stay and found it to be clean and well stocked with what we needed. They even had beach toys, chairs, boogie boards etc… We loved our stay!! It was perfect!!
