This 3-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 1,521 sq. ft. home features 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper, along with 2 full bathrooms. Designed for indoor-outdoor living, the home includes two private patios plus a 250 sq. ft. rooftop deck with panoramic bay views and a cozy fire pit. The open-concept main level features a beach-chic great room with a fireplace, comfortable seating, TV, a dining area for six, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar. The layout includes a main-level bedroom and bath, with two additional bedroom suites upstairs—one king suite with a private balcony and en-suite bath, and one queen suite with its own en-suite bath. Additional features include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable, full-size washer and dryer, in-unit garage parking, and premier linens throughout. Ideally located just steps to Sail Bay and a short walk to Mission Beach, you can enjoy biking, surfing, dining, nightlife, and endless coastal activities. Please note: no smoking, no parties, quiet hours enforced, and there are stairs throughout the home. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting .There is one garage space provided at this home - #4 in the parking garage, accessible from Riviera Drive with the garage door opener located in the kitchen, upon your arrival. Make sure you to enter the home via the front door and not the back door the kitchen; the given code will not work on that door. There is unlimited street parking

The off-street parking spot was EXTREMELY tight in the garage because of a stored vehicle beside the allotted spot and a pole. Not worth damaging a rental car. Fortunately, on-street parking was readily available. Street number wasn't easily seen when arriving at night. Kitchen overhead and under counter light switches were tucked underneath the barstool counter overhang. VERY difficult to find. Note should be placed in kitchen. Exterior ice maker and water were not functioning(marked as such) on the refrigerator. Refrigerator should be replaced and carpet(good shape, not best for beach goers). Location and accessibility to beaches/parks/freeways was very good. Safe community and walkable. It was nice to find roomy accommodations for ourselves and two adult daughters!

Really cool features like garage parking & rooftop view, however the carpet badly needs replaced & ruined a few pairs of socks. House is great, but would recommend shoes being worn at all times

Everything about my stay here was perfect.

Over all if was a great place. Could use a deep clean. Fans were dirty floors were dirty windows and mirrors were dirty. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had basic things you need . The knifes were so dull though. Dangerously dull. I hope they fix that.
