Everything about the house was perfect. We were 5 older women. The house was spotless and very tastefully decorated. Everything you could possibly need is provided, including all the cookware, dishes, bathroom supplies, and toiletries. I was especially impressed by the coffee bar. Being a coffee junkie, it was nice to have pods and everything else available. The landscaping is beautiful. Very nice country atmosphere, with an "old world" touch.Ashleigh was very responsive to all our needs and responded immediately.

This is a beautiful and well maintained historic property. The interior is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We traveled with another couple and the beds in the rooms we used were very comfortable. The house is quiet and traffic on the nearby street was barely noticeable. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the Keurig in the kitchen A LOT! ๐
We were here for a wedding and it rained most of the weekend, but we did get a chance to explore the beautiful backyard. A creek runs across the back of the property and there are comfortable seating areas as well as a disc golf basket.
The property is close to town and close to a nearby supermarket so no worries about filling up on needed supplies or finding fun things to do. Communication with the host was easy and fast. If you're in this area needing a place to stay, I definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed the park like setting of the historic home, a small bit of nature in Lancaster. Nice sized refrigerator for longer stays. Loved the artistic touches and sense of eclectic architecture. The stories I'm sure these walls could tell... The wooden floors and nature of the older house does mean that voices and sounds will carry from room to room, but that is manageable. The upstairs shower is a bit tight but is still doable for someone 6 foot or so. Would recommend this property to any family.

The house was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Lots of stairs, which didn't bother us, but good to note if you have people in your party who can't do stairs. Wonderful little cottage with lots of charm. Would happily return.
