Great rental for a group of people, the two master suites worked great. Beds and bathrooms were good and clean, although the outdoor dining furniture could use a good scrub. The ‘yard’ beyond the patio is basically unusable as the stairs are disintegrating, but unless you have pets probably not a big deal! Pool was great on a hot day! Lots of communication with the hosts, quick to respond to DMs and text.

The Canyon Paradise property worked out perfectly for our Family while were attending a Family Wedding Event in Rancho Santa Fe. Peaceful, Relaxing and has all the amenities needed for a home away from home stay. There’s a large library of Books, Board Games, Puzzles, Dart Board and more. The Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna made the stay even more tranquil. Communication with Casago/Property Management was easy. I Highly Recommend this property!

The house was nice but there were soooo many bugs large spiders specifically . Also the AC doesn’t work on the upper levels so we had to sure to open the windows & doors with the screens to circulate air; pack your allergy meds. Not sure if that would work during hotter times of the year. Otherwise, the house is conveniently located, the house was clean, the pool & hot tub were clean, the view was gorgeous, the wildlife was beautiful. The games were also in working order and kids had a great time. There were ample towels both for the pool and to shower with. The property manager was also readily accessible and responded quickly.

We had issues on arrival - no hot water nor gas for cooking. Owner arrived next day but issue wasn't sorted till later in the day so cold showers and no coffee! The place is great and location perfect but maintenance needs sorting. Loads of cigarette ends from previous tenants we assumed and things not working (sink plugs, sockets) also there is NO Air conditioning in the middle or upper levels. The property manager is hard to connect with - had to use the emergency service after 5pm Outside needs a good clean
