The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, including 3 king beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 Murphy beds, along with 5 bathrooms for added privacy. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a large TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and dining space. Enjoy outdoor living with a private deck, fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Additional amenities include central AC/heating, a washer/dryer, and parking for up to 4 vehicles. Conveniently located near LEGOLAND California and The Wave Waterpark, plus local dining just minutes away. Things to Know: No pets. There is a shared beach area with 2 fire pits and a grill. No direct beach access; there is access a short distance to the right and left of the house.

8 older cousins! What a great trip! The place was perfect and better than described. Being on the waterfront was priceless. We had room to spread out and room to gather. The kitchen and grills were perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable as well. Gregory was an excellent host and helped us navigate the lockbox. He was kind, responsive and had a great personality.
