Want the ultimate getaway for solitude and privacy? Look no more! This is the place. Running stream outside the apartment where you can sit with your coffee and a screened in porch to start your day. Trails nearby like Mt. Yonah (about 30 mins) and other restaurants, theater, etc. in Clarkesville which is also about 30 mins away. I didn't realize someone else was living in the structure until after I booked it, but honestly I didn't hear a peep during my stay. Excellent communication throughout the stay from the owner. Highly recommend this place!!!I'd definitely go back.Keith

Just as we’d hoped it would be based on the description. First of all Jim is the perfect host. Always timely, super easy to talk to and very pleasant. It’s perfect if you just want to get away from busy and you want to find some quiet time to rejuvenate. This is the place. The stream is right below you and the waterfall is maybe 100 feet away. Birds and the sound of the rushing water is really all you’ll hear. It is very pleasant and relaxing. The room is perfect for 2 people. Very clean! Plenty of hiking nearby and popular towns like Helen, Dillard, Clarksville and others all reachable in 15 to 45 minutes. Already looking to return.
