Clean, spacious, comfy chalet with complete amenities and very nice location, easily accessible to many tourist attractions in north-northeastern Georgia.
Minor complaint from one of companions about the cramped toilet space in the room upstairs.

Very big house very nice deck
Hot water heater didn't work well. Ran out of hot water after one bath. TV remotes were not working well. We think they needed new batteries. There are no curtains on any windows. The drive way is a nightmare.
8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2023
Large rooms, plenty of space for alone time, had books, crayons, paper, etc for young kids
The 3/4 and 1/2 are extremely small; knees touch the wall as you sit on the toilet
Cosmetic: The exterior walls need pressure washing; the ramp needs repair; decks need staining; doors and frames as well as decorative woodwork needs cleaning;
Repairs: the kitchen faucet has a leak where the hot water handle meets the base and the AC doesn’t cook the loft room very well; AC needs new filter

Very large house that was clean, quiet, and had the only internet service in the area. Well stocked kitchen.
The exterior really needs cleaning. The deck furniture needs upkeep. The interior would be much more aesthetically appealing if they would just throw away all the tacky Knick knacks and pictures away. The bedrooms and bathroom need blinds. Need a comforter in the Master bedroom instead of a thin blanket.
