Out in the woods with no visible neighbors. Leading up to the house it was easily labeled to find! It was quiet. Loved the screened in wraparound porch! The fire pit down my the creek was lovely! The home had a very “family” and cozy feeling. The quilts displayed and laid out were so incredibly beautiful and set a great feel to the home! The colors in the bedrooms made sleeping more comfortable
The hot tub could have been cleaner. Also having a renters guide type book that explains what is expected. Example: what do we do with the trash? Where do we leave the shower towels and what do we do with the linen when we checkout?

The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. Decor on the inside as well as the outside was cozy....but make sure to drive a 4 wheel drive truck or you will not make it to the house!
There are a few problems that need to be addressed. First, the "road" Miway is not a road, but a dirt driveway with a 2foot high wood sign that can not be seen at night. Second, the driveway has extremely large holes that are not passable except by 4 wheel drive trucks. Third, there are no security locks on any of the doors and one of the outside doors had no locks at all. The old 60s style doors need deadbolts or some form of security locks.

We were just minutes from beautiful downtown Helen which was our destination for fun & relaxation. The scenery on our ride to Blue Ridge was spectacular - much different from the flat lands of Florida.
The entrance sign needs to be larger and add a few reflectors on each side. The entry road up to the cabin has massive potholes that need to be addressed. Definitely should be noted in the instructions in case someone has a regular sized vehicle other than a SUV or truck.
